Nowhere. Every tool runs inside your own browser, so the file bytes never leave your device and there is no upload for us to receive. That also means we cannot see, recover or resend a file you processed — there is no copy on our side to look at.

Tell us the tool, the browser and the approximate file size, and what you expected versus what you got. Because processing is local, the outcome depends on your browser and available memory far more than on our servers, so those three details are usually what makes a report reproducible.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your profile, and access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record, so a card statement will show their name rather than ours.

Each tool page carries its own how-to steps, a settings reference and format-specific answers, and the four category hubs group the tools by the job they do. If two tools look similar, the difference is usually the file format they are tuned for.
